This will sound a bit, n00bed, but i will take the chance..!
- Well, i never been made my own Tournament, before, so i would like to ask, if theres any commands i need to know to Mirc // Quakenet? How will i post the results?, by website or Commads?

How do i connect the a cup in mirc ?

You usually connect to quakenet with your IRC client (just select a proper QuakeNet server when connecting), provide your username (such as skyle999). After connecting you can join a channel by typing /join #channel, such as #pwned.no (which is where information about created tournaments gets posted).

You can create your own channel by simply typing /join #channelname - if the channel doesn't already exist, it'll be created for you. If you provide a channel name when creating a tournament, an IRC bot from pwned.no will join the channel and provide updates (such as match results and match configuration). The bot supports a few basic commands, such as !info and !signups (if I remember correctly).

Results still has to be provided through the web site.
